  1. What types of databases do you have?
    We specialize in data about medical professionals. Our primary products are a Physician Database (MD, DO) containing over 483,739 physicians, a Dentist Database (DDS, DMD) containing almost 166,042 dentists, an Office Manager database containing over 123,295 office managers, and a Nurse database containing over 88,327 nurses.

  2. How frequently do you update your database?
    In general, databases are completely updated annually. Customers who purchase one of our complete databases are entitled to significant discounts on updates.
  3. I am interested in doctors in a particular specialty or geographic region. Will you break up your database? Also, can I order only those professionals that have addresses or phone numbers or fax numbers or email addresses?
    Yes and Yes. Due to popular demand, we have added a unique service that allows you to create your own custom professional database. With our custom database tool, you can create, download, and pay for your own custom database in minutes. Total self-service! WE have even added an Advanced Custom Database tool for professionals to allow you to do more detailed custom databases.
  4. What specialties and fields are in your databases?
    All of our lists include the same fields and specialties. Please visit the individual product pages for details.
  5. Do you only have US professionals? What about international?
    Our Physician, and Dentist, Databases contain only US professionals.
  6. Can I do whatever I want with the data once I purchase it? Are there any licensing restrictions?
    You can use the data as often as you like for marketing purposes. The only licensing restriction is that you cannot re-sell the data or otherwise make it publicly available (e.g. to create another physician search service on the internet).
